Construction and management of
Toronto Public Library – Deer Park

Project consisted of interior renovations to existing back of house office space including kitchenette and extensive fire rating of existing walls which required removal and replacement of existing ceilings.  New interior finishes along with new mechanical and electrical works.  The success of the original project led to the award of a more recent project that included corridor re-finishing including skim coating of existing walls to a level 5 finish.
