Marc Ferguson lead the construction team for the project located at 40 Oak Street in Toronto’s Regent Park. The building was completed for Toronto Christian Resource Centre providing 87 residential suites from bachelor to 2-bedrooms in size. The main floor accommodates a 10,000 SF multi-service community hub that provides support space for the broader community, together with residential amenity space and a place of worship.
